Indicates whether the operand is capable of performing filtering using the specified operator.

Parameters

comparisonOperator
The operator to check for support within the operand.

Return Value

True if the operand is capable of performing filtering with the specified operator.
Example
The following code illustrates how to create a simple class that derives from SpecialFilterOperand to allow the filtering of odd or even integers. This class is then used to manually populate the list of items shown by the filter provider.
