FormatCollectionEvent(ListItem,Int32,Object) Method

Called by the ListBot base class to create an EventList item if and event needs to be fired.

Parameters

item
The item that changed
propIndex
The property index : determines what event will fire, if any.
value
The new value of the property.

Return Value

true if no event has been canceled. False otherwise
