You can use a WebDataMenu as a contextmenu or a popupmenu as described in the sample.

A very important customer of mine requests to populate the content with specific information, which is very convenient with pop up menu. I wonder how long it may take if we apply for a Feature request to
1 - Be able to use UltraWebPopup menu
or
2.- Be capable of programming the existing right click menu with sub menus.
Actually if you have a code snippet to make the existing rightclickmenu having submenus, I will appriciate.

There is no direct way for achieving the above functionality and there is no public option to invoke action for a toolbutton. The best approach would be to change the source code directly. I can also enter a feature request on your behalf.
