I have used your example(http://igniteui.com/grid/feature-persistence) and i'm getting the same problem on your page.

This is what i did to get the problem,

I clicked row 1 on the grid, I then changed to page 2 and clicked row 1, this rows check box did not become clicked.

I clicked row 2 and 3 and of page 2, I then switched back to page one and tried to click row 2 and 3 and the check box didn't become checked.

I then went back to page two only rows 2 and 3 were selected, i returned back to page 1 and only rows 1 and 3 are selected.

I expected to find rows 1-3 on both pages to be selected.
