    Please keep in mind that according to our support policy phone and chat support are accessible for customers with Priority Service Level. However, as a customer with Trial Service Level, you can take advantage of a guaranteed response within one business day.

    In order to receive the fastest and most accurate support, my suggestion for you is to create separate support cases regarding your questions. Also, it would be helpful if you could attach an isolated, runnable sample (according to our support policy we work on isolated samples rather than entire customer`s applications). Having something that we can run straightforward and debug is your way of receiving responses in less time.
