Select Vertical Inquiry and Add Data Vertically

I want to create a datagrid in the style like the picture. As data comes in, the data is stacked vertically.

I want the vertical line to be selected when clicked. I looked at the sample code supported here, but couldn't find anything like this.

    Hello,

    I would like to confirm which platform you are using in this case. It appears that this thread was posted in our ASPNET MVC forums, but the tags contain Xamarin, which are two separate platforms and toolsets. Can you please confirm this?
