Hello.
I use the Infragistics v13.2
I have a wpf beginner
I am trying to create a screen like the attached photo.
Do you give a sample of the screen, such as the attached picture to me?
Hello Jun,
Thank you for your post!
I have been looking into it and it seems, that I am missing something from your scenario. Would you please provide me with some additional information about the functionality you want to achieve?
Currently we have two controls, that look similar to the image you have provided - XamTimeline: http://help.infragistics.com/Help/Doc/WPF/2014.1/CLR4.0/html/xamTimeline_Understanding_xamWebTimeline.html and XamGantt http://help.infragistics.com/Help/Doc/WPF/2014.1/CLR4.0/html/xamGantt_xamGantt_Overview.html.
Thank you for the cooperation. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi there I have contacted have a few questions about the program.
You would like to implement the same program as the image.
It will find the advice of some in order to develop a program related to the time line. First, what did you use development tools? And a small handle on the green square What is meaning how a representation?
Is there a special way to implement a set of shapes located on the right? And I want to know that there is a special way to put a gap in the timeline.
How to implement a date display at the bottom end is very interesting and I wonder how you implement. In particular, I would like to know how to put a color in the year given. And, There is a part how to implement the program using the xamTimeline and xamlGantt that was explained to me previously difficult, and had difficulty understanding.
Please tell us together if there is other advice that I can understand maybe.
We look forward to your valuable response.
Thanks for reading.
I have been looking into your post and I have a couple of question for you.
- Is the picture you have attached from a sample of Infragistics?
- If this is a sample of Infragistics do you want to get the source code for it?
Thank you for the provided information. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your response.
I do not have the source code for the accompanying photo.
I know this program has been created using the "Infragistics xamTimeline".
This lack of skills is still difficult to program implementation.
I would like to create a program of the (same) screen similar to the picture.
Can you provide me a sample source code that implements UI like the picture?
I have been looking into the picture you have provided.
It seems, that this is a custom implementation of the XamTimeline. If you need further assistance for the implementation of the XamTimeline to look as on the attached picture, please contact our Consulting department. More about them you can find on the following link: http://d3.infragistics.com/.
One other thing I can suggest is to create a new product idea for future versions (or vote for existing ones) at http://ideas.infragistics.com.
Steps to create your idea:
1. Log into the Infragistics Product Ideas site at http://ideas.infragistics.com (creating a new login if needed).
2. Navigate to the product / platform channel of your choice (e.g. WPF, Windows Forms, ASP.NET, HTML5 / Ignite UI, iOS / NucliOS, etc.)
3. Add your product idea and be sure to be specific and provide as much detail as possible.
• Explain the context in which a feature would be used, why it is needed, why it can’t be accomplished today, and who would benefit from it. You can even add screenshots to build a stronger case. Remember that for your suggestion to be successful, you need other members of the community to vote for it. Be convincing!
• [CASE: “Reference case [case number], FORUMS: “Include a link to this thread”] in your idea so product management will be able to look back at this case.
The benefits of submitting the product idea yourself include:
- Direct communication with our product management team regarding your product idea.
- Notifications whenever new information regarding your idea becomes available.
Additional benefits of the Product Idea system include:
- Ability to vote on your favorite product ideas to let us know which ones are the most important to you. You will have ten votes for this and can change which ideas you are voting for at any time.
- Allow you to shape the future of our products by requesting new controls and products altogether.
- You and other developers can discuss existing product ideas with members of our Product Management team.
The product ideas site allows you to track the progress of your ideas at any time, see how many votes it got, read comments from other developers in the community, and see if someone from the product team has additional questions for you.
Thank you for contacting Infragistics.
I am just checking if you have any further questions on this matter. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you do.
