Where are the ruler bars?
posted

Are there ruler bars for the xamRichTextEditor? A control can be as feature rich & WYSIWYG as possible, but rulers let us know where we are on the piece of paper. I haven't seen any rulers as part of the xamRichTextEditor.

Are there horizontal and vertical rulers for this control?

Thanks

    Hello jrelyea,

    Thank you for your post!

I have been looking into it. Currently the XamRickTextEditor provides functionality for Tab stops. These stops specify the location where the caret stops after the user presses the Tab key. More about this functionality you can find on the following link from our documentation: http://help.infragistics.com/Help/Doc/WPF/2014.1/CLR4.0/html/xamRichTextEditor_Managing_Tab_Stops.html.

Also, you can find a sample application for this functionality in our samples browser. The samples browser is installed together with our controls on your computer. The above mentioned sample is named “Tab Stops” and you can find it under the Editing&Selection section for the XamRichTextEditor.

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any further questions on this matter.
