Hi,
We are upgrading our application from Infragistics 2011 to Infragistics Professional 2013 Vol 2. The licenses have been procured.
However we are unable to find Infragistics Professional 2013 Vol 2 installer. The platforminstaller redirects it to Ultimate version installer.
We are looking for the MSI link and not hte platform installer.

Thank you for your post. I have been looking into your question and if you wish to get the bundle for the Infragistics Professional, you should register your product key in our website here: https://es.infragistics.com/my-account/register-product and after doing so, you can go to Account->Keys and Downloads and there you can select your product key and under Products and Bundles ta, you can find the link to download the MSIs. I am attaching a screenshot that shows where the link should be located.
If you do not have a registered product key, you have a trial account and you can download the bundle for Infragistics Ultimate only.

Thank you for writing back.
The product is registered to my organization. I am not allowed to enter the product key in my personal profile in Infragistics.
Also the licenses we have procured is for Infragistics Professional Vol 2 2013.
Please guide us on the next steps.

Thank you for your reply. I have been reading into it and each developer a that is using a licensed version of Infragistics products, should register the product key. A product key might be for single developer, in which case only one developer is allowed to install and use the product or the product key might have given amount of seats, which corresponds to the number of developers that are allowed to use this product key and to install the Infragistics products to their machines. You can refer to our Software License Agreement here: http://es.infragistics.com/legal/license/ultimate/ for more details information on how you can use our products.
If you do not have a registered product key, you have a 30 days trial period and you can access the resources available for the trial users.
