I am using Excel Engine to edit .xls files and I need insert new row between two others rows, can I do this?

The Excel engine does not currently support inserting rows. I have forwarded this post to the Developer Support Manager to create a feature request on your behalf.

Back in July, we announced the launch of the new Infragistics microsite aimed at giving you – our loyal developers and customers – a better communication channel to request new features, voice your opinions, and shape the future of our products: Infragistics Product Ideas.
At that time, due to the volume of product ideas in the legacy PI system, instead of moving all of the ideas to the new system we asked customer with pending product ideas to review the new site and if they had a Product Idea that was important to them and still wanted it to be considered for future releases, we invited them to add the idea and let the 1 million+ developers of the Infragistics community vote on your idea!
Since this idea does not appear to have been added to the new site, I suggest you add it now.
