Do the WPF controls have  Portuguese (Br) resources files?

Currently we do not provide localizations for Russian and Portuguese language. You can change manually the resource strings in order to display the captions in the desired language.

is there any documentation for doing this or could you help me with a little step-by-step guide? I would like to add the main strings for XamDataPresenter and XamDataGrid (espeacially the "filter operators", "column summaries" and "group-by-area").
