Why doesn't infragistics post webcasts / mini-training on the site to help people adopt the new controls and why things have to be a certain way in order to work?
All of your competitors offer these types of online webcasts to encourage more purchasing of the control sets.
As a subscription holder at a minimum this would be a great help and would probably cut down on your forum posts asking the same type of questions multiple times.

It's funny you ask. I am currently working on training materials for NetAdvantage for WPF. We will even be offering training to help developers get up to speed with WPF. In the next few months you will see more and more WPF and Silverlight learning materials ready for our customers. Until then, sorry for any inconvenience, please keep posting to the forums, use developer support, and you are welcome to email me directly if you are not getting an answer fast enough. Please refer me to any posts that are still not answered so I can make sure they are answered for you.
