We are getting "Unable to set cell value" error, while trying to add a new value to the grid.
We have a sample project to show the behavior. Size of the project is 10MB, so i cannot upload the file.(Infragistics is allowing only 200KB)
We are using 11.2 version(with .Net4) of infragistics binaries. This issue is observed only when we migrated to the latest version of Infragistics.
Please let us know the solution for the above error.
Hello,
I have been looking into your post and I was wondering whether you are using our XamGrid or XamDataGrid. Would you please tell me which control you are using in order to provide you with more accurate assistance?
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi,
Thanks for your Reply. We are using XAMDataGrid only.
We are not using service release. We have downloaded WPF4 v11.2 couple of months ago. Can you please let me know when was the service release happened?
I have been looking into your post and I can suggest looking through the following link from our web site which shows the ‘Infragistics Product Service Release Schedule’
http://es.infragistics.com/support/service-releases.aspx#ServiceReleases
I can suggest downloading our latest version of the Service Release by logging to our web site and going to My IG \My Keys and Downloads. Please inform me if your issue occurs again after the installation.
hi, can you guide me the location of the downloads? I see that there are four tabs. Recent, NetAdvantage, TestAdvantage and Java.
We are using WPF4.V11.2 binaries in our current application. Please let me know in which tab and the correct link to download the binaries. If the service release binaries has different name and if we need to adjust the binaries reference in our application, it is impossible to do that now as we have large amount of projects.
Thanks
Prasad
I've downloaded the Service Release from the site. I got below error when I run the NetAdvantage_WPF_20112.2125_SR from downloaded locationThanks,
Hi Prasad,
It turns out you don't have WPF 11.2 RTM installed, or your installation has been corrupted.
I would recommend you uninstall WPF 11.2 from 'Programs and Features' or via the platform installer (if it is listed there) and then re-download the bundle and select just WPF to install it again. You can install it directly through the .msi from the Setups sub-folder. The platform installer should download and install the SR automatically. In general all you need to do is:
1. Download the platform installer from here:
http://es.infragistics.com/dotnet/netadvantage/ultimatedownloads.aspx#Downloads
2. Extract the .exe and run it. Select WPF 11.2 for uninstallation if it appears.
3. Re-run the .exe, select WPF 11.2 and install it. It should install latest WPF SR as an "Update" .
You can periodically re-run the platform installer and select modify/repair - this will automatically check and download any updates if available. In general we are shipping a new SR every month.
Thanks,
Alex
Alex, we are not in a position to accept any upgrades as we are very close to a crucial release. We've decided to pick service binaries in next release. We are good for now and we'll contact you for any issues in the future.
Thanks for the support.
