about simpletextblock in xamtexteditor

I use textblock.GetPositionFromPoint to get text under cursor. But in 10.3, xamtexteditor use simpletextblock. Is there any similar function?

                Sorry, I missed your reply. I did not solve it yet.

                We want to get word under cursor. You can see the picture. In the cell, there is a string "ETRACE                        /* Displays rule trace table. */". And we want to get word 'ETRACE' from the string.

                In 10.1, I can get TextBlock in CellValuePresenter. And I can get TextPointer through TextBlock. GetPositionFromPoint by current cursor position. So it is easy to get word under cursor. But in 10.3, you replace TextBlock in CellValuePresenter with SimpleTextBlock. I don't know how to use SimpleTextBlock to get TextPointer. Can you help me?
