Hi,
I am trying to use to RadialMenu where one of my items should set a double value.
based on your samples, I have set
<ig:RadialMenuNumericGauge Ticks="0.25 0.5 0.75 1 1.25 1.5 1.75" Value="{Binding ElementName=fontNumericItem, Path=Value, Mode=TwoWay}" /> </ig:RadialMenuNumericItem>
the gauge does show the ticks as defined, but you can only set integer value.
Is it not possible to use the RadialMenuNumericGauge for double value? all documentation refer to double value (ticks is DoubleCollection, value-changed-event-args are double, etc.) but the control that not seem to allow setting the value not to integer.
Hello Eli,
Thank you for contacting. In order to understand the issue I used your tick values and setup a sample of RadialMenuNumericGauge using version 20.2 and I dint reproduce the issue you described. Tick values are showing double as you defined.
I attached my sample application here .
Please test this project on your PC; whether or not it works correctly may help indicate the nature of this problem.
If the project does not work correctly, this indicates either a problem possibly specific to your environment, or a difference in the DLL versions we are using.
If the project does show the product feature working correctly, this indicates a possible problem in the code of your application. It will help if you can provide a small, isolated sample application that demonstrates the behavior you are seeing.
Or, if this sample project is not an accurate demonstration of what you're trying to do, please feel free to modify it and send it back, or send a small sample project of your own if you have one.
Please let me know if I can provide any further assistance.

Hi. as I said, the ticks does contain double values, however, you cannot select double value that are within this scale,
you can only select 1 - click on 0.5 or 1.25 for example, you will see that the indicator jumps to 1.
I would like to be able to select 0.25 and let this be the selected value - it does not seems to work.
Hello,
Thank you for the update.now I understand the issue , and tt looks like bug to me. I am going to log it .
In response to this issue being logged, I have opened a new private support case for you that I will be linking to this issue so you can be notified when a fix or other resolution becomes available. This private case has an ID of CAS-212220-B4X8Q2 and you can access it here: <www.infragistics.com/.../support-activity>
Discussed the issue with the developer and find we would need to set SmallIncrement property (eg. 0.25)
The numeric gauge rounds the value based on the small increment.
I tried at my end and its working as expected.

Hi guys, any news on this issue or a suggested workaround?
Hi.
I've tried to set the value as suggested. it does work better - you can select 0.25 , 0.5 , 0.75 and 1.
however, starting from 1.25, the behavior is again unstable. you cannot select these values. it jumps back to 0.25.
as you can also see from this image, the tooltip when I'm hovering above 1.25 is 0.25 (the mouse curser is on 1.25, it just disappear when taking a screenshot), so I assume this is related somehow, the control 'thinks' I'm at 0.25 instead of 1.25..
