Hello,

You should set AppliacationMenuButtonImage property:

http://help.infragistics.com/Help/Doc/WinForms/2014.2/CLR4.0/html/Infragistics4.Win.UltraWinToolbars.v14.2~Infragistics.Win.UltraWinToolbars.Ribbon~ApplicationMenuButtonImage.html
