hi we are a potential client , and we are confusing if we bought an infragistics licence when in solution deployment, should my client also buy a complementary licence or something like that ???

The Licensing is only necessary if you are accessing the UI of Visual Studio (i.e. working in the designer of Visual Studio to make the application). It is required only at design time and also when you build your application.
In case when other users or customers are running your application, they don’t need to have the installed product as that will interact with the compiled end Application. As long they didn’t open the project in VS , they doesn’t need a license.
