Hello Luca,
Starting with Infragistics Winforms 13.2 several our controls support Office 2013 flat style. Among these controls are UltraToolbarsManager, UltraButton, UltraCalendarCombo and other. More information about these controls you can find by following next link http://help.infragistics.com/Doc/WinForms/current/CLR4.0/?page=WinToolbarsManager_Office_2013_Ribbon_Look_and_Feel.html
You can also use Infragistics AppStylist where you can find isl files (Style Libraries) that will apply an Office 2013 style to your entire application. If Infragistics AppStylist was installed along with the installation of the Infragistics Winforms product, then the templates could be found under: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Infragistics\2014.1\Windows Forms\AppStylist for Windows Forms\Styles
Or you could just open the “AppStylist for WindowsForms” editor, select “Start from Existing Library” and choose one of “Office 2013” library. Then you could made a modification on them if you want and use “Save as” in order to save new copy of the template on desired location. More about AppStylist you can find by following next link http://help.infragistics.com/Doc/WinForms/current/CLR4.0/?page=Styling_Guide_Introducing_Application_Styling_for_Windows_Forms.html
Please let me know if this is what you are looking for or if I am missing something.

Thank you for your feedback.
To style UltraGrid to look like Office 2013 you will need to use Infragistics AppStylist. There is no such property in UltraGrid.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
