Hello,
I have just updated to the new 2008 vol 2 version and I have an issue with UltraCheckEditors. The look-and-feel of the checkbox does not use the OS theme, no matter what the value of UseOsThemes is (Default, True, False).
I have made several tests, even with the volume 1. It seems to happen every time with vol 2, never with vol 1, so I guess this is a new bug.
Can anyone confirm that?
Regards,
Damien
EDIT: I have the same issue with UltraOptionSets
It appears that this was broken along with the new checkbox / radiobutton glyphs feature. You should Submit an incident to Infragistics Developer Support so they can get this fixed.
I have the same problem with checkboxes in the ultrawingrid.
I'm pretty sure that's the same issue. It looks like check boxes and radio buttons will not draw themed in any of the Infragitics controls in v8.2. This will be fixed in the first Hot Fix, which is scheduled to be released privately on July 11th. The private Hot Fix is only released to those customers who are on the list and have reported issues that are fixed in that release. So you should Submit an incident to Infragistics Developer Support so that you get a notification when the fix is available.
Criminy, what happened? Didn't anyone notice this during regression testing? Any chance that a hotfix will be released sooner than July 11th if enough people complain?
Actually, the controls were regression tested. This is just one of those rare cases where a bug slipped through the cracks in the system. We have taken steps and are working to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen again.
You mean untested like the commercial, production release? Thanks, I'll be here all week, try the veal.
I'll contact developer support to request the hotfix when available.
When you contact Developer Support, you could certainly ask to be notified when a private hotfix is available that contains this fix. Keep in mind that these private hotfixes are generally untested, though.
