I have the Office 2007 look / feel installed and trying to build an application with it. I downloaded the icons located here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=12b99325-93e8-4ed4-8385-74d0f7661318&displaylang=en&Hash=b3XPw0sClLOdS4J%2f3vHcqlmosyQ%2bXNUEXPhl%2fChldjhhCvknSfLAZWjobRs3JJGBeql1Agb2kO3RmL%2bRl3g%2brA%3d%3d
It says to use those I have to set some imagemso value in my ribbon but I have no idea where to set that in the infragistics or the normal code base, any assistance would be appreciated.
The download link you've listed talks about a macro to show you the in-built icons than can be used for office development. The key word here is in-built.
These icons, therefore, are only available when developing inside of Excel or Word and aren't available for use in Infragistics tools.
You can search around for free icons off the 'net but generally anything that looks half decent has a price tag attached. We've gone out and purchased and icon creation program and mix and match images together to get the result we want. Refer http://www.axialis.com/
(Believe me, I've blown hours selecting icons for applications!)
Thanks for the info and response, I have spent hours and hours as well searching for icons so far and it's sad we can't use these, ahh well back to the drawing board of trying to find consistant look and feel for the application without paying to much. The boss is a stingy guy.
