I create *.isl appstylist file. this file is load in our application.In my application each & every form has ultraformanager.it display proper GUI and display form border is also proper.
but when application convert to dotfusctor.Open application exe file then problem is form Border size is increase.
How to resolved it.?

I try to reproduce your issue in a small sample, but without success. I used our latest available version 13.1.20131.2079, UltraFormManager, IG style and Dotfuscator - version 5.0.2500.0 with default settings for renaming. Could you please tell me what is your version of NetAdvantage and Dotfuscator . Are you using any specific settings for rename. Are you able to send us small sample that reproduce your issue. I`ll be glad to research it for you.

Thanks for attached sample. I try to reproduce the issue using your sample, VS2012 and the same version. I do not have your version of dotfuscator, that`s why I used my version and I was not able to reproduce the issue. Please take a look at the both screenshots (before and after using dotfuscator). Are you able to send us your screenshots with the issue. Meanwhile I`ll try to find the same version of dotfuscator.

Please, click on button tool1 and button tool2 any of the form open
and see after and before different. Check on UltraFormmanager not UltraToolBarManager.
I apply style on toolbarmanager because titlebar backcolor is not apply.
So Please you apply style on it. Click Button tool1 or Button tool2.
