Also, when you make Form's ControlBox = False in the above project, pressing Alt+Tab while debugging it generates exception

Hi Dinesh,
I had the same problem before. to get around this you need to delete the Infragistic toolbar from your toolset, then restart your VS and add Infragistics tools to your toolset.
or the best course of action is to run "Create Visual Studio Tool tab" and everything should be fine.
