I want to insert watermark in excel sheet.
But I can only insert image and can not find any help for watermark.
Is it possible?

I am trying to do as you mention. But when trying insert data on the particular cell where watermark was there. Color and font property changed .Please help me on this.

Are you telling that the font and color of the modified cell was changed when you did this in the excel engine? Did you use the most recent service release? If so can you please upload a sample so I will investigate it furthered for you.
