Hi guys,
Is it possible to force the ultracombo_RowSelected event to fire when the same row is selected? If it's not possible, which event should i be using instead of RowSelected?
Thanks
Hello joeleesin,
There are different approaches to solve this task. Maybe one possible solution could if you extend our UltraCombo control with additional event, which will fired at each row click, nevertheless if this row is already selected.
I made small sample with this approach. Please take a look at the attached video file and sample for more details and let me know if you have any questions.
Regards
Here is the sample
Thanks for attached sample. I try to reproduce your issue from the screenshot using your sample and your version 10.2.20102.2151, but at my machine everything works properly. I was not able to highlight multiple rows when I`m scrolling through the list. Please take a look at the atatched video file and let me know if you think that I miss any specific step to reproduce your scenario.
In attached video file you could see that I have one selected row (in the video it is row 15 and then row 19) with blue color and all other rows are highlight when the mouse hover over the rows. Please let me know if you have any questions, or if you think that I misunderstand your issue.
Hi Georgi,
If strange behavior occurs when you place the mouse in the middle of the ultracombobox and use the mouse scroll wheel to navigate through the list.
this strange*.
Thannks for provided details. I try to reproduce it again using mouse wheel, but again everything works properly. Could you please take a look at the attached video file and let me know if you think that I miss any specific steps to reproduce your issue.
I have created an avi file to reproduce my problem.
Thanks for attached videos and sample. I try to reproduce your issue with scrolling the wheel very quickly, but I`m not able to reproduce it. My suggestion is to arrange a live session (LogMeIn) with you. By this way I`ll be able to take a look at your issue at your machine.
Please let me know if you are agree to make such live session.
I have a windows 7 64 bit machine. I don't think this is an environment issue, i tried reproducing this issue with multiple machines and the problem still persisted.
Have you tried scrolling the wheel up and down very quickly(multiple times)? Please see the attached video below.
Yes, I saw the mentioned issue in your video, but I`m not able to reproduce it at my machine using the same sample and version. I`m not able to guess what could be the reasons for this behavior. Could you please give us more details about your enviroment. Maybe this issue is related with the enviroment.
Let me know if you have any questions
Did you get a chance to look at the video that I posted yesterday?
