Is there a zoom-bar control I can add to the StatusBar?
Devexpres have one:

Or do I need to create a composite from buttons and a TrackBar?

We don't have a zoom bar, but you could easily do this with a TrackBar and a couple of buttons.
You can also Submit a feature request to Infragistics.
Maybe we can add this in a future version of NetAdvantage.
