Hello,
we have a strange behaviour with our grids. When clicking on a cell which contains dropdown functionality, the text disappears as long as the mouse is over the cell. When the mouse cursor leaves the cell (without clicking), the text is visible again.
We use style definitions (isl) but I did not find any styles related to this behaviour. We use NetAdvantage version 11.2. Any ideas?

Hello Rs,
If you are clicking over the cell, the text most probably gets white, and it is still there, but it is "not visible" because the background color is also white. You could verify if this is the case by changing the fore color of the Active Cell appearance and give your application another try.
If you have any other questions please feel free to let us know.
Hello Danko,
thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately this does not help:
I changed the forecolour to red and the active cell is colored red - except one clicks with the mouse into it :(
BTW this is only when the cell is deactivated. On active cellls no problem.
One more think I experienced: I tried different template styles - on every deactivated grid dropdown cell I cant't read the text.
I am still following this forum thread. Have you been able to take a look at your application for the settings applied to the desired column?
If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.
Do you have some small sample that I could be able to test at my end, in order to see what is happening with your application. If this happens when a cell is deactivated, than are you using some external control as an editor of this column or maybe some specific style has been set on it?
Regarding the different template styles I am not sure that I understand exactly what is happening with the dropdown cell. May be you mean that you have set DropDownList to the column and there isn't any selected value by default, and it is emtpy.
If I missunderstand you in a way please feel free to let me know.
