After doing this upgrade and running my project through version upgrade utility everything compiles. When I try to run certain forms or if I try to open certain forms in the designer I get this error:
Could not load file or assembly 'Infragistics2.Win.UltraWinEditors.v7.3, Version=7.3.20073.38, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7dd5c3163f2cd0cb' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Searched my entire solution for any characters "v.7.3 and there is nothing in my solution. Is there something in IG that I need to do? I checked all my references and they ref the upgraded version. I removed the prior version of IG 2010.3 before I did this install.
Sorry to hear about your issue. When you checked for 7.3 references did you check support files (.resx, .datasource, .licx) type files? We should be fixing those now with the 11.2 utility, but might look into those files to see if a stray reference was left some how.
What folder are the .licx type files usually in?
Usually the file is found in the Properties folder, next to the AssemblyInfo file.

Is there anyway you can provide us the project to look through? If not the only thing i could suggest is to try to open all the files in some notepad type program an search in them for "Infragistics", and see if any file has a mention of it.
I got it working when I manually removed the Infragistics references and added them back. Seems like the version control did not work. But now I am running.
Is there any way you can expand on your solution of what wasn't upgraded? Just so we can make sure it's not an issue in the source of the utility, and if it is we can get it fixed so it doesn't happen in the future.
