hello every one

i m using the infragistics Ultratoolbarsmanager in my windows application with office 2007 style. i have added a button and give it a image and then added to ultraToolbar. when i run the application , the image automatically becomes smaller then the base size of the image.But the text on button can be shown not about  the length of text .now i want to adjust  the width of the button to the image can be shown , can any one tell me how can i do it?
