Problem hiding QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) on click of PopupMenuTool

UltraToolbarsManager

Hi,

I have ribbon (UltraToolbarsManager) in which i have added two PopupMenuTools. These PopupMenuTools are arranged one below another.

These PopupMenuTools open submenus with three ButtonTools on their right side.

When I right click on first PopmenuTool's first ButtonTool, QAT menu is displayed. After that if I left click the below second PopupMenuTool, the QAT context menu is not hidden.

Could you please let know the reason behind this and how to solve it.

I am new to infragistics.

Hi Shrada,

Where are these PopupMenuTools located - in Toolbars or Ribbon?
Which version of Infragistics are you using?

These are located in ribbon. I am using NetAdvantage 2010.3.

Hi Sharda,

I tried the scenario you are describing in 2 different places - ApplicationMenu and the RibbonGroup. Anytime, you right click on a tool, the QAT context menu will be displayed. So, I am not too sure I understand the issue.
Please try with our latest ServiceRelease, if the issue is still reproducible.
Also, it will be very helpful to have a sample application of the problem that you are describing.
