I have just downloaded the new release (2010 vol 3) and I cannot install it on my computer with XP in French. It just crashes after a few seconds, without any error message (it just disappears from the process list). I have tried on a virtual machine with 7 in English and it works. Both have .Net 3.5 SP1 and 4 installed, as well as VS 2010 Premium.
I have always had trouble with Infragistics and French OS in the past, but this time, i can't seem to figure it out.

I found a workaround.
I have a another PC with the same configuration (Win XP SP3 ENU + French language pack, corporate software’s) but without VS2010 and without VS 2008 (but with .NET 3.5 SP1).
On this PC, the wrapper “NetAdvantage_WinForms_20103.exe” did work . But it is not my development PC.
So :
Clean the TEMP folder;
Launch “NetAdvantage_WinForms_20103.exe” wrapper;
Then click on “Install Windows Forms”;
When the welcome screen is displayed, go to the TEMP folder and save the MSI file to another folder.
Rename this MSI file (like 4d0ff75.msi) to “NetAdvantage_WinForms_20103.msi”;
Cancel the current installation.
Now you can install the product on the development PC with “NetAdvantage_WinForms_20103.msi” file.
We have the same problem on a Vista Professional SP2, French OS: unable to run any of the exe installers, the process starts and stops immediately without showing the user interface, and no log file is created.

It works on windows 7 x64, and 1 computer on Windows XP SP3 French but not on a second one

I have running the exe without any command line arguments (directly from explorer).
I have no UI, and now no log file.
I have trace the activity whit SysIntenals ProcMon if it can help you :
My PC configuratiion :
Windows XP SP3;
Visual Studio 2008;
Visual Stuio 2010 ultimate;
Infragistic NetAdvantage 2008.3;
And many other coporate software...
