Hi. I am using the PDF export option in the Ultragrid. The exported PDF document incomplete column if the page size is exceeded. However I can repeat the split column on the next page. However, I would like to avoid showing the incomplete column on the previous page. Is there an option/solution to do this?
Hi,
I don't understand your question. When you use the UltraGridDocumentExporter to export the grid to a PDF document, the section of the document into which the grid is exported is automatically sized to fit the width of the columns in the grid. There is no horizontal page spanning, and in fact, the PDF format does not support this.
Hi Mike,
How can I prevent the grid from running over the page vertically? When I export the wingrid to a section in a report (PDF) sometimes the rows run over to the next page.
I have 16 columns and 32 rows (31 rows + 1 summary row) and I export multiple grids in this report all that have the same exact format - just different data.
The column header names are variable so sometimes the grid will display over 2 pages (30 on one page and the next two on the next page)
Thanks,Gerry
I don't think there is any way to force the grid to a single page vertically.
ok Mike just have a look in the webgrid forum i have attached the doc file over there.
I'm afraid I know nothing about UltraWebGrid. You should post your question over in the WebGrid forum.
hi Mike,
I have ultrawebgrid with data of 3 pages. Now when i print the grid report using ultragriddocumentexporter then the report shows column header on the first page but 2nd page onwards it doesnt show the column headers.
Is there any way to display the column headers on every page of a gridreport.
