I have not found a property that will actually set the option items to align horizontally and I found nothing in the documentation that mentions organizing horizontally. What I have always done is to reduce the height of the option set control so that the items automatically reorganize themselves horizontally and then adjust the ItemSpacingHorizontal property to manage the width between items to achieve the desired affect.
