Non visible header leaves a space on a child band

I recently updated from version 2008 Vol2 to 2009 Vol 1.

I have a grid with two bands. On the child band I have set Band.ColHeadersVisible = false

On the 2008 vol2 version the header was not displayed and the child rows are displayed right after the parent row.

On version 2009 vol1 the header is not displayed, but there's a gap between the parent row and the first child row. That's the space corresponding to the header (see image below).

How do I remove that space on version 2009 vol1?
