I will preface the following by saying that if you set the UltraFormManager.FormStyleSettings.Style or the UltraToolbarsManager.Style properties to something other than Office2013, this will allow you to have rounded corners on your Form.

With the above said, Windows 11 styling is on our radar as well as the new Office UI, although at the moment this is not planned for a specific, upcoming release.
