Hi I'm using 19.1 and I would lke to know how to prevent a Ultradesktopalert that is set not to auto close from hidding and remaining open somewhere in the background when a user presses alt+f4 on the alert or if there is away to bring the opened alert back in to view.
Thank you.
Hello,
By default the Show() method pops up the alert on top of the other windows. What is the scenario you are having that when you press alt + f4 it still stays under another control?
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi, What I have found is some of my user are selecting an alert window that popups with a button that requires confirmation that the alert will be dealt with, autoclose is disabled. This message is closed down when the button is pressed. Some of the users have taken to using alt+f4 to bypass the clicking of the button. This keeps the message live somewhere in the background and cannot be reached. My program can see that the alert is still active somewhere and warns the user that a confirmation is required, yet because of the alt+f4 the alert is not viewable. I have also had users using alt+f4 to remove alerts that are on an autoclose process, when this happens an error occurrs when the autoclose process kicks in because the alert is no longer available. This is why I was wondering if I could prevent the alt+f4 from closing an alert.
Kind Regards
