I think Infragistics considers that winforms-on-core is still "preview". It sounds like their goal is to support the designer more fully once .Net core...view reply »

Thank you for your post!

We have recently completed .NET Core 3.1 support and are now working on the toolbox support. We are running into a couple of issues internally due to some breaking changes made in .NET Core 3.1, but we can ideally have .NET Core 3.1 support and toolbox support with our 20.1 release in April.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns on this matter.

Thanks you for the update. We are patiently waiting these enhancements for .NET Core 3.1 as we want to get started upgrading our Winforms application to .NET Core.
