UltraOptionSet able to disable 'some' options?

Hi,

With the UltraOptionSet, you're able to add options programatically, but is there a way to 'disable' some of them in the list? For example: Have an option set list displayed to the user: Favourite colors: Red, White, Blue, Black.
But we know that this particular user will never choose 'Blue', so 'disable' this option, (don't allow the user to select it, but let it be displayed dimmed, and the other options selectable).
