Hi!
I have a customer who very often has overlapping appointments. How can I easily Show such appointments in the ultradayview? I do not find any property which Looks like helping me here.
Regards
Josef
Hi Josef,
I don't understand what you are asking. I created a DayView and added two appointments to it and they overlap, so they display side-by-side. I didn't have to set any special properties for this, it's just the way it works by default.
So what's your question?
Hi
It only works if either start or endtime differ. If start and endtime are the same it does not work
I tried it out and it works fine for me.
I am attaching the sample project I used to test this here, just in case you want to run it and see if it works for you.
HI
I regret for your inconvenience. I found the Problem in our application. The Schedule is working fine.
Many thanks
Hi,
Well... I suppose it's possible there was a bug in the older version, but I don't remember hearing anything about that. And that would be a pretty huge bug to have slipped through the cracks.
If that is the case, then the solution would be to get the latest service release:
http://es.infragistics.com/community/forums/t/29398.aspx
It's also possible that this is a bug that only happens in OpenEdge which is not an environment we actively support. But that seems pretty unlikely and I can't imagine how the appointments couple possibly be relying on anything in the environment that would cause them to overlap.
We are on Version v14.2
Could this be a reason?
P.S. We use Infragistics inside of OpenEdge 11.5, so we are dependent on them which release we are on.
Thanks so far, I see it works for you
See: "Von 10 bis 11" are 2 appointments with equal times. See the other overlap - it works fine.
