When I add WebHtmlEditor to a page using .Net v4, and Infragistics4.WebUI.WebHtmlEditor.v15.1, and run the project, I receive the error: System.FormatException: Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.
I originally came across this in an upgraded project, but I created a new project to confirm. In the new project, the WebHtmlEditor is the only control in use.
Hello,
This behavior has been already been logged in our internal tracking system with a Development ID of 192463. The issue is fixed and will be rolled out with next service release, which is scheduled to be available for download on 12 June 2015. You will be automatically notified
Meanwhile I suggest you either use 14.2 or use our latest untested build, where this issue is fixed. You can download the untested build at http://builds.infragistics.com/products/ASP.NET/2015.1/Infragistics_ASPNET_20151.2020_SR.zip
Please let me know if you have further questions on the matter.
Wow! Wasted hours on this and they were still telling me to use HTML editor from 15.1. How come such a buggy major release is out there?
I hope our untested build will work for you until the official 15.2 release is available. If you have any troubles while using the untested build, please let us know.
I am following up to see if installing the latest service release fixed your issue or if you have any further questions. If so, please let me know.
