Controls inside WebSplitter not available in Page_PreInit

We are facing an issue where the event of the dropwdown which is added dynamically to Grid Filter does not fire. Since the controls inside WebSplitter are not available in Page_PreInit event, the handlers added after the Page_PreInit event doesnot get fired. Please find attached the sample code using which the issue can be simulated. The attachment also contains the document (PreInitEventIssue.docx) which explains the issue. Thanks,

    Ganesh,

    Can you attach the project with the changes that you can run the sample and get the grid inside the panel. I followed your steps in the document but was unable to get the grid showing at all. I am not getting any errors.
