We have use WebHierarchicalDataGrid in our aps .net application.
I recently got a call from one of my user that, when user zoom in/out the browser percentage, the grid rows data size gets change but unfortunately the row header data size does not change. (Attache the screenshot for your reference)
We have runtime specifically apply the column width in pixel.
I am not able to figure out why this happened.
Is there any configuration I have missed or what?
Thanks in Advance for reply.

Hi,
Can Any one help me on this issue?
I have set the Grid width to 100% and set the column width in Pixcel. does this cause the problem in UI while zooming out/in...
Thanks In Advance.
HiI am facing this issue mostly in Chrome Browser.
Hello Yogesh ,
Thank you for the file. However when I run it on my side on Chrome version 33.0.1750.154 m I don’t seem to get the same result. I’ve attached an image of what I see when I open the 'EntityObject.htm' page in Chrome. I’ve also tried zooming in and out (using Ctrl + scroll) however I was not able to misalign the headers with the cells.
I’ve also attempted to reproduce the issue with the latest SR of 13.1: 13.1.20131.2242 in order to try and reproduce this in an isolated sample however it seemed to work as expected. Sample is also attached for your reference.
You can find both the file and the screenshot in the attached zip file.
Let me know if you’re able to reproduce the issue using the attached sample or if I’ve perhaps missed something from your scenario.

Hi Maya,
Can you pls. zoom the page to 75% and see. I am able to reproduce it on my machine with same file set with same browser.
I am not able to reproduce the same defect with your files, somehow it is reproducible in my project.
It will be grateful, if you can tell us what we missed in our project.
Thanks & Regards,
Thank you for the details. I managed to reproduce this by zooming out of the page with the generated html file, however I haven’t been able to isolate the issue in sample as it seems to reproduce only in your application.
It would be helpful if you can provide a small, isolated sample that demonstrates the behavior you are seeing.
If the sample I previously send is not an accurate demonstration of what you're doing in your project, please feel free to modify it and send it back, or send a small sample project of your own if you have one.
If that’s not possible could you share the mark-up for the grid so that I may look into how it's set up?
Is there any updates on this issue?
If you want, I can share my desktop from Web Meeting and you can analyze the issue and give us some solution. We are really stuck up at this point.
Your help is appreciated a lot.
I’m just following up to see if you’ve been able to resolve your issue. If you have any questions or concerns or if you need further assistance please let me know.

Hello Yogesh,
I am checking about the progress of this issue. Please let me know If you need any further assistance on this.
The html page you’ve provided is indeed reproducing the issue, however in order for us to investigate what causes the page to render that html we’ll need a sample with the ASP.net mark-up and server side code involved in the scenario. So far the issue does not seem to be reproducible outside of your application.
It would be helpful if you could provide an isolated sample that demonstrates your exact scenario or if that’s not possible please provide the mark-up and code behind of the page so that we may investigate this further.
Hi Maya Kirova,
Thanks for confirming with me.
As per our last discussion, you were able to reproduce this defect in chrome browser with provided sample code. After that Infragistics support team didn't tern up for any solution. we are facing still issue in Chrome browser.
