Hi I'm having trouble with the AppStylist for ASP.NET. There are certain controls that do not display at all in the preview canvas:
I have had this problem for some time, with various versions of Infragistics (Currently 11.2). I'm assuming this is an issues with the browser control used to display the controls (SHDocVw.dll) and that since I'm not seeing anyone else complaining about this that it will have something to do with my configuration of internet explorer or that there is something missing on my PC.
I'd appreciate it if someone could give me some pointers as to what the possible causes of this issue are.
I only have version 11.2 installed at the moment. When I run the appstylist with the /debug commandline switch I receive the following error messages
Hi, Yes I have MS Ajax installed. I followed the steps in the post above but it had no effect.
Hi IntegraXP,
As I can see only the aikido controls are not displayed normally. Do you have MS AJAX Installed.
Please follow this forum post for more details around this.

Hi, All the controls except for the ones mentioned above display correctly. I get the same results when loading my custom theme and the pre-installed themes. I have no display problems with these controls in applications
Hello IntegraXP,
I tried this and the controls are displaying properly I was able to reproduce this message in debug mode, but the controls are still visible for me. What comes on top of my head probably is to check the theme that is loading first time when you start the application. It is possible to load a corrupted theme and this could be a possible reason for the controls not to display.
Also can you specify if only the listed above controls do not display or you tried only them. An do you meet any issue using those controls in a real applications?
Thank you.
Hi, it does not work if I execute it normally. I added the /debug argument to see if it would give me any more information that's all.
When I execute the AppStylist the controls mentioned above do not display regardless of whether I do or don't use the /debug argument
