Hi I'm having trouble with the AppStylist for ASP.NET. There are certain controls that do not display at all in the preview canvas:
I have had this problem for some time, with various versions of Infragistics (Currently 11.2). I'm assuming this is an issues with the browser control used to display the controls (SHDocVw.dll) and that since I'm not seeing anyone else complaining about this that it will have something to do with my configuration of internet explorer or that there is something missing on my PC.
I'd appreciate it if someone could give me some pointers as to what the possible causes of this issue are.
I only have version 11.2 installed at the moment. When I run the appstylist with the /debug commandline switch I receive the following error messages
Hello IntegraXP,
Thank you for posting in our community. Can you give some more details around your machine. Like which version of IE do you have? What is your OS? Also did you tried with the latest service release of our controls and the latest version of IE?
Would it be possible to translate this errors to English?
Looking forward to hear from you.
Sincerely,

Hi, Does the AppStylist generate any log files that I could look at, or if not are the sources for the Appstylist available for download? If I could step into the code at least I could see where it's failing.
There is no log file that is could be checked. When you start it with the debug argument it throws this exception because this is the same like to use your browser in debug mode and to attach to the process. Why do you need it started with the debug argument?
When you started in the normal way it works as expected. Also with the debug argument this is only a warning and it works normally
