why the WebDropDown is alyaws opned when i used the Lazy loading ?

HI ,

I tried to use th Lazy loading in my WebDropDown based on the video of infragistics , the lazy laoding

work great,  but i have a  problème now :

 

the  WebDropDown is  alyaws opened i dont know why , the EnableClosDropDownOnBlur set to true .

 

i need help ,
