Hi,
I just installed the new Service release build 10.3.20103.2120 on a WIndows 7 32-bit test machine and then on my WIndows 7 64-bit development machine.
On the development machine when I mouse over any menu item an error is raised in the Infragistics *.js script. I am running from within Visual 2010 here
Line: 424 - Error: Unable to set value of the property 'width': object is null or undefined.
The error occurs in the method / function displaySubMenu ()
I do not have any client-side scripting in the page. The attached Word document contains a screen snippet of the error and the code at the point where the error occurred.
Hi there,
with which version of IE you experience this behavior? I would advise you to contact developer support and provide a sample that reproduces the issue?
I thought that I had indicated in the original post that it is IE-9. I have been anxiously awaiting the Service Release which was supposed to provide support fixes to work with IE-9 which is the Infragistics SR that I just downloaded and installed. I have held off installing IE9 until the Service Release was available from Infragistics becuase of prior testing that showed its incompatibility. Build 10.3.20103.2120, I hopped was that fix.
After submitting this post, I already submitted a support request to Infragistics.
FYI - there is no application code involved in the reported error. It is all Infragistics *.JS code which the screen snippit displayed.
we are working at the moment to provide support for IE9. We will try to fix this support request for the next SR.
Hello All,
Developer issue has been created for this behavior with number: 73059 - "The browser chrashes on hover and click actions".
As soon as it's resolved I will post the build number here.
Thanks
