FireFox ToolTip issue

Hi, i have several UltraWebChart controls in a page. In IE the ToolTips shows correct but in FireFox all ToopTips from all charts on the page are shown only inside the 1st chart. What can i do there? thanks!

Which version of the WebChart are you using? Do you have the latest hotfixes? I've been trying multiple charts in a page and it seems ok. Could you please send us the ASP.NET markup, so we can investigate the problem?

Im using 8.2 without any fixes. I tried to find out, if there are some, but i can't find the fixes download page. My post that shows the site and the code is on approval.

....

I found the fixes! :) Gonna install them to see if this will resolve my problem!

Hi,

thanks for the prompt reply.

this picture shows, how the site looks like. The black rectangle inside the 2nd chart shows the mouse position. but the tooltip is in the 1st chart. Only the position is wrong. The data is correct and from the 2nd chart.
