I have recently upgraded to v7.3 and decided to use the AppStylist this time. I started with what I thought would be an easy element - the Menu. That took ages to work out and it doesn't look the same in the application. But I moved onto the Tab control. That is completely beyond me. The settings on Control and Control Outer actually appear to make a change on the screen but how do I change the colours on the Current tab and the other available tabs????? To make matters worse there is no documentation - what exactly is 'HoverTab_Top_Rounded'?
I had high hopes for this as I am rewriting an application with lots of pages and Infragistics controls but I think I'll just go back to using the standard style sheet assignment.
Have I missed something? I really like the Infragistics controls and am very disappointed with this.

It works fine for me when I use the App Styling Configuration tool.
Is it installed in Visual Studio? If not, goto Programs/Infragistics/Appstylist/...tooladdin. Lots of nice themes to work with once you access the appstyling tool from within Visual Studio.
Hope this helps!
I am using Visual Studio 2008 and have worked out how to use the Addin function, so that is all OK. My problem is that I don't want to use the default styles that come with the package (corporate colours etc.). Have you had any success in building your own style?
I apologize for misunderstanding. I haven't tried making my own styles yet, but if I understand it correctly, you just use the app styler IDE to make the presets for each control you want to use and then add them to your custom library. From there you import the custom library using the addin and hopefully, if all goes well, the images, etc will be imported into the solution and then you can set them from there.
