To upgrade Infragstics 10.1 JS files to Infragstics 16.1 JS files

While upgrading the infragistics dll from 10.1 to 16.1, the dlls are getting updated successfully whereas JavaScript files are still older version. Can anyone suggest me the best solution to upgrade them 16.1 as well?
