Hi there,
We are using webdatagrid in an asp.net application. From time to time we notice through Fiddler that the grid is trying to reference images from a non-existing folder. The 404 error look like /path/to/application/ig_res/none/Images/igwdm_scrollSprite.png. It doesn't happen on every page. The image file name is different from page to page. Dose anyone have the same problem? How can we fix it?
Thanks
Hello Lewis,
Thank you for contacting Infragistics!
I have a few questions concerning this matter:
What version are you using? What style are you using for the WebDataGrid? Are you using any Infragistics controls in addition to the WebDataGrid?
Hi Mike,
Thanks for getting back to me. We are using 13.1.20131.2331 and office2007silver style. In most pages we are mixing grid with some other infragistics controls like date chooser, etc.
This isn’ something I have seen before of the ig_NoneControl being added or the styles being requested for it. Since I have been unable to reproduce the behavior do you have a sample you can attach that demonstrates the behavior so I may investigate this matter further?
Mike, somehow I can't reproduce it if I take out the page from our application. I will do more digging myself. Thanks a lot for your help.
Thank you for the update. Do you have any settings in the Web.config for Infragistics styles? Are there any other application settings you have?
I finally figure out where the problem is. We set StyleSetName to None for one menu control because we do not want any style for this menu. However infragistics thinks we are setting style set name to None, which doesn't exist at all. How should we set up a menu control without any style set?
Thank you for the update. There isn’t a way to set no style as if you leave it blank it will default to the “Default” style and will try and find that style. Why do you want no styles applied to the WebDataMenu? If you don’t want any styles applied you would have to modify one of the current styles or create your own custom style:

Thanks Mike for your insight. I think I get it in control now. Thanks a lot for your help.
