Hi Team,
Am facing issue with .NET windows forms automation using QTP. Occasionaly either while recording or using object spy , QTP is getting hang/freeze. To recover from this I have to end the task from task manager manually.
Can you please advice me how to overcome the same and what could be the probable reason for the same.
Automation Tool : QTP 11
Infragestic Add-In version : 10.3CLR2.0
Operating System : Windows 7 64 Bit

I did uninstalled the patch and still notice the same issue, QTP and system hangs. I think there is some compatibilty issue between QTP_00699 and QTPNET_00116

Please open: ControlPanel -> Programs And Features -> Installed Updates (it is in the left top corner) then you will see somewhere in the grid HP QuickTestProfessional. Take a look at the screenshot
I need help in uninstalling QTP_00699 patch as am unable to locate where it is installed because all the patches which are installed doesnt show up uninstallation. If you could provide me the screenshot of the uninstallation then that will be great

If I remember well your scenario, first we install QTP_00699, than we install next patch - QTP 00116. If so, let`s try now the next step : The QTP_00699 is for 64 bit support as well as WPF so if you doesn`t used WPF, my suggestion is to remove this patch ( after installing QTP 00116).
